Ashtrays

Ashtrays that use low-quality plastics can catch fire if a joint or cigarette is left to burn into it for a long period of time. All ashtrays available at Grasscity are made with high-quality, heat-proof materials that do not present such a fire hazard.

However, it is always advised to never leave a joint or cigarette unattended, as it could fall onto other flammable surfaces.

Glass ashtrays are the classic choice and remain a very popular option for most smokers as they are durable and very easy to clean. The same applies to ceramic ashtrays, while silicone is also a sensible choice as they are almost indestructible.

To keep an ashtray clean, whether it is glass, ceramic, or silicone, you should use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any excess dirt. For a quick clean, you could also use a disinfectant wipe.

It is not advised to put ceramic ashtrays in the dishwasher as the heat can damage the finish of the piece.
